A place to share the night sky

AstroShare is a community for taking and sharing astrophotos. The main screen shows a feed of the latest astrophotos, and you can browse photos on the gallery, collection and search screens.

Anyone can view photos without an account, but only members signed in with a Google account can upload.

One photo, the record of that night

Each photo carries its shooting details such as camera, telescope, mount, exposure time, number of frames and gain. You can also search Korean Wikipedia for the object you photographed and link its information to the photo. Every photo has comments you can write and delete.

Upload at once, protected automatically

You can upload up to 20 photos at once, each with its own title. Uploaded photos are automatically stamped with a watermark of the domain (top right), title (bottom left) and shooting details (bottom right) to protect them.

How it is built

It runs in the cloud, with protection in place to handle traffic and malicious requests.
