Terms of Service
These terms set out the conditions for the personal publishing tool that WISP uses to post to its operator's own Facebook Page and Instagram account.
Summary — This is a personal publishing tool used only by its operator, not a service offered to the public. It does not accept sign-ins or account connections from other users.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions for the personal publishing tool ("the Tool") operated by WISP ("the Company").
Article 2 (Nature of the Tool)
The Tool consists of the Meta app "sns_pub" and its Instagram app "sns_pub-IG", created to post content written by the Company's operator (text and images) to the Facebook Page "WispCompany" and the Instagram account "@wisp_j2w2", both owned by the operator. Because it is not a service for the public, it has no registration, sign-in, account connection or payment feature.
Article 3 (Scope of use)
The Tool is used only to post to the operator's own Facebook Page and Instagram account. It does not access anyone else's account or Page.
Article 4 (Posts and responsibility)
Posts made with the Tool are written by the operator, and the operator is responsible for their content. Because posts appear on Facebook and Instagram, the terms and policies of those services also apply.
Article 5 (Personal information)
The information the Tool handles and how to delete it are described in the Privacy Policy and the data deletion instructions.
Article 6 (Changes and discontinuation)
The Company may change or discontinue the Tool as operations require. The connection to the Meta app can be removed at any time in the Facebook and Instagram settings.
Article 7 (Changes to these terms)
If these terms change, we will post the changes and the effective date on this page.
